Instead of forcing plans early on and trying to control the circumstances for 2027, just to see that everything may change later anyways, we will now embrace what Soria taught us in previous editions. For next year we choose to stay open, flexible and prepared for anything. We will set sail for a unknown destination.

In 2021 the gathering was first started in the west of Norway. In 2023 Soria happened in the south, In 2024 Soria went off at Værøy in the north, and in 2026 Soria happened at Setskog in the east of Norway. The only place we have not been so far is Mid-Norway. Møre, Romsdal, Trøndelag will you host us next midsummer? Sometime between 17 and 27 june? Other places in the Norwegian wilderness may also apply.

For thousands of years we have followed the sun and gathered on the summer solstice for a major celebration. It’s in our blood
